Since 1872, Catholic Schools in the Edmund Rice Tradition have been educating young Australians in every state and territory. Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) aims to offer a Liberating Education, based on a Gospel Spirituality, within an Inclusive Community committed to Justice and Solidarity. As part of EREA the Flexi (RTO) Registered Training Organisation number #46087 has a variety of training and transition options for Young People in Vocation Education and Training.

The Flexi RTO support the EREA Flexible Schools Ltd by providing VET accredited pathways for young people. By providing accredited flexible education services enables young people an opportunity to re-engage in education and schooling and obtain accredited VET qualifications. Allowing young people to prepare for employment or a self-sufficient life beyond school and the Flexible Learning Centre. The Flexi RTO also partners with other education providers, community groups and other organisations providing opportunities for young people to access accredited VET learning.

The emphasis is on functionality and suitability of the learning pathway for each individual young person to ensure the best chance for a successful transition into the world.
