Course Details
This qualification covers people working in a volunteer capacity and builds on the foundation skills required by all volunteers, to deliver outcomes including: Undertaking administrative tasks that involve basic operational knowledge, communicating more effectively with clients and engaging in safe work practices.

* To achieve this qualification, the candidate must complete at least 20 hours of volunteer work as detailed in the assessment requirements of this unit
